Marion County deputies have arrested two women on meth charges.
Deputies said they were assisting U.S. Marshals in finding Andrew Debolt in the Metz area.
When they arrived at a home, they said Debolt ran away.
Deputies said Amanda Powell admitted to holding meth for Debolt. Deputies said they found meth on Powell, along with items from a drug lab.
They also found meth on Debra Powell, and cocaine in a bedroom. Deputies said children were present in the home.
Debolt, Amanda Powell, and Debra Powell are in North Central Regional Jail.

FAIRMONT — A mother and daughter from Metz are being charged with felonies after meth was found in their residence.
Debra M. Powell, 58, and Amanda Jo Powell, 37, both of Metz, were arrested Monday by deputies with the Marion County Sheriff’s Department.
According to the criminal complaint, while serving a warrant at 442 State Fork Road in Metz, just outside of Mannington, deputies found both Debra and Amanda at the residence. The complaint states when deputies arrived on scene, a male fled on foot from the area.
Deputy First Class Caleb Krepps with the Marion County Sheriff’s Department wrote in the complaint that when Amanda was approached by deputies, she told them she was holding meth for her boyfriend and that it was in her purse. During the search of the bag, three bottles from a clandestine, or drug, laboratory were discovered along with tubes, fuel and other materials used in the manufacturing process, according to the complaint.
The complaint states a glass mason jar was also found in Amanda’s bag that contained meth. A prepackaged bag in her Jeep was also allegedly found and the substance inside tested positive for meth.
Inside the residence, deputies found two young children, identified as the great-grandchildren of Debra, who she was caring for at the time, according to the complaint. The complaint states deputies located two small plastic bags containing meth in Debra’s bag and were packaged in a manner consistent with being delivered.
Cocaine and a blue, powdery substance were also located under a bed where the children slept in the residence, according to the complaint. Also found on the property were 24 plastic bags containing a substance consistent with cocaine and for individual sale, according to the complaint.
According to law enforcement, the Debra is Amanda’s mother.
Debra Powell was charged with one felony count of possession with intent to deliver and one felony count of child neglect creating risk of injury. Her bond was set at $10,000.
