EUGENE, Ore. – Police arrested a man Sunday after they say he groped a teenage girl and tried to talk others into sex at the Valley River Center on September 25.
Police arrested 32-year-old Daniel James Ervin after they say he approached a group of teenage girls at the Valley River Center in September.
Police said he tried to talk the girls into sex and he groped one of them.
After investigating, police arrested Ervin on October 30 in the 100 block of W. 11th Avenue.
He was arrested on charges of Luring a Minor, Sex abuse 3, and Possession of Methamphetamine.
